Wal-Mart complaint updated.

I mentioned last week that a Wal-Mart representative contacted me concerning the pants incident, and the manager Bobby, of the Oxford, NC store who called me a liar to my face concerning a purchase.
I want to start by saying thank-you to the representative for the "Customer Satisfaction," that I received in the mail. On Thursday, I received a $20.00 gift card for the price of the pants minus the tax. Although, it was an honest gesture that should have been the normal resolution to the purchase of defective merchandise, it does not come close to resolving the incident of one of their managers implying that I lied about my purchase.
Since Bobby has been quiet, and has refused to contact me, I honestly want to see him lose his position in the company. I could be vindictive and say I would like to see him lose his job, but I think that would be excessive. He should have to go back into training and be demoted to an Asst. Manager's position, preferably in the Customer Service Department to learn how to respectfully resolve customer complaints and problems. Since I doubt Bobby has the backbone, and moral ethics needed to apologize and admit that he made an error in judgement I will continue to complain to Wal-Mart's corporate office and post complaints about the management team in the Oxford, NC store every chance I get.
People Target is almost as abundant as Wal-mart, and their prices are just as competitive. In my opinion the merchandise is of better or equal quality. I think as a New Years resolution we should all vow to shop less at Wal-Mart  in 2012, and look for other department stores in our communities for our shopping needs.
