Short up-date on house.

We have been offered an early possession contract which would enable us to take possession of the house immediately upon inspection.  As the house has renters who should be vacating the house no later than October 31, 2011 we thought this would be a premature move on our part.  We will wait until they have vacated and IF the estate work is not completed for us to close out the house at that time we will do the immediate possession contract and go forward from there.  I'm hoping all this goes off without a hitch by the end of the month so let's keep our fingers crossed and stay out of  karma's way.
